How a business account works

What a place costs

The price per person falls as you buy more. Whole account, not per band: fifty people is fifty at £3.99, not four at £6.99 and the rest cheaper.

Price per person by size of account
Account size Per person, monthly Per person, annually Discount
1–4 people £6.99 £59
5–9 people £5.99 £49 14% off
10–24 people £4.99 £42 29% off
25–49 people £4.49 £38 36% off
50+ people £3.99 £34 43% off

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any tax where applicable. Reclaim Pro is bought in the app and billed by Apple; a business account is billed to the company directly. Every account starts with 30 days free, and a business account gets its own 30 days on top of whatever its people have already had.

If you stop paying

Everything you have already recorded stays available to view and export. You are not locked out of your own records. What stops working is scanning new receipts and sending new claims.

The same is true for someone whose employer stops paying for them. Every trip, receipt and claim they recorded is in their account and stays there, because they recorded it. A business buys its people a subscription; it does not thereby own their records.

Changing your mind

You can subscribe at any point in the trial, and nothing is charged until it ends. Cancelling leaves you with full access to the end of the period you have already paid for. The full detail is in the terms.
